This practice offers three services, each with a fixed fee and a defined scope. They are designed for individuals and companies that need specific legal work done to a professional standard without engaging a large general practice firm.

Service 1
Contract Drafting and Review
¥33,000 JPY — five working days for review; longer for drafting
Preparation of commercial agreements or review of documents received before signature. Covers supply, service, distribution, confidentiality and lease terms. Each review is returned with a plain summary of the obligations alongside the drafted text.
This service is suited to companies without in-house counsel and to individuals entering commercial arrangements they have not negotiated themselves.

Service 2
Corporate Formation Support
¥39,000 JPY — four to six weeks to registration
Support establishing a company and setting its internal arrangements. Covers entity type selection, articles of incorporation, shareholder agreements where more than one party is involved, and the meeting and record-keeping obligations that follow.
Suited to founders establishing a new company and to overseas companies establishing a domestic presence in Japan.

Service 3
Initial Consultation
¥14,000 JPY — one hour, in person or by video
A one-hour consultation for individuals or companies wishing to understand their position before deciding whether to proceed. Covers the applicable legal framework, realistic options with likely cost and duration, and whether a matter warrants formal action at all.
Conducted in person at the Akasaka office or by video, in Japanese or English. A written summary is sent afterwards regardless of what the assessment concludes.

Written summary
Every piece of work produces a plain-language written summary alongside the formal document or analysis. The summary exists separately so it can be consulted without re-reading the legal text.
Defined scope
The scope, fee and expected timeline are agreed in writing before any substantive work begins. Changes are discussed before additional work is undertaken.
Single contact
The practitioner who assesses the matter at the outset is the same person who carries the work through. Instructions are not transferred between departments.
